Cory Harvey

A Brazilian jiu-jitsu blue belt, Cory Harvey, has been training with John McDowell for nearly six years and said he's seen improvements in physical and mental strength. Cory has been a competitor for years, and he appreciates how BJJ's regular competitive challenges taught him to remain calm under pressure. Since 2009, he has leveraged his professional teaching skills to distill complex ideas into understandable concepts. With his expertise, he is an effective instructor who carries out the children's class in such a way as to guarantee the lesson is approached and produced effectively.
