John McDowell

Let me introduce myself: My name is John McDowell, and I am the Lead Instructor. I am also proud to be a BJJ Black Belt under Marcio Laselva and Roberto Tozi. My experience in BJJ goes back 16 great years, 14 of which I have been coaching and sharing my knowledge. My biggest passions are teaching, sharing, and sometimes participating in competitions. It's been one of the most incredible experiences to witness the significant impact of Jiu Jitsu in people's lives, both on and off the mat. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
